FOULDS - MULNIX / MULLINEX

John Mullinex Sun Jan 5 13:43:14 2003
HI I am looking for a Lucy MULNIX married to George R. FOULDS in 1890 in Cannonsville, NY. She from my understanding had two children by George a Charles FOULDS born in 1893 and a Herbert Uriah FOULDS born April 16, 1896. However as early as the 1900 census he was living with James MULLINEX and Anna BEARDSLEE. In the 1910 census of Delaware County he is listed as the son of James and Anna. In 1924 Herbert list himself as the son of George and Daisy BROWN (who arrived at the scene after his birth.) when Herbert U. married an Anna Bella McGRAW. It is believe that George never married Daisy BROWN (any information on these two Ladies would be appreciated as well. The only connection that I can see a why Lucy gave Herbert to James to raise is that she was possibly was Louisa MULNIX who was married to a George GRANSBURY in 1889, left him and then married George FOULDS and went back to George GRANSBURY where she had another 10 children by George. Does any one out there know anything of this senerio? Your Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
John Elihu Mullinex

JARVIS

david sanner Tue Jan 28 21:53:42 2003
I am researching family members for a family tree; I found out that my Gggreatfather Ira JARVIS, born abt. 1794, in New York State. The 1820 New York Census, shows him in Chenango County, Coventry Township; His wifes first name is Nancy, her birth year abt. 1796, Rhode Island. I don't know what his wifes maiden name is, but looking for clues. Ira and his wife moved to Canada, where four more children were born, and the rest were born in New York State. After moving to Canada, Ira and his family moved to Lapeer County Michigan, where they had more children, according to the Michigan Census for 1850, they had ten children, with eight surviving. The census forms are hard to read, but will re-check them soon.

If these names sound familiar or someone can tell me where to look, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank You, David Sanner

Thanks, Kim
