I understand that in Coventry there is a Wylie Cemetery in which a John WYLIE (1722 - 1806) is buried. I was wondering if there is a listing of all the burials in that cemetery? I would like to have a copy or find out where to go to locate it on the web. I was wondering if his wife was also buried up there. It seems that he died in Chester Co, SC. I was curious why the body would be transported to NY for burial in those days??

I'm searching Newman CRANDALL of N. Norwich, b. NY State 1825. In N. Norwich 1870, 1880. His second wife Sally ___ is a widow in 1900 Litchfield, Hillsdale, Mich. She is alive 1910, not on census there 1920. They had no children. Newman's first wife probably died in childbirth in 1863/4. I have additional information to share; not a lot and look forward to learning more about Newman.

I am looking for information on Perrie CAMP born abt 1856 in NY. He appears on 1880 Chenango County New Berlin NY census with the Samuel SERGENT family, and appears to be married to Samuel's daughter Addie. I can find no trace of him before or after this. I think that he and Addie had a daughter named Elsa or Elsie. Addie later married Eri/Ery CAMP around 1895. Would like to know his parents name, birth and death info, and if he his related to Addie's second husband Eri. Thanks

I have three photos of a young man, appearing to have been taken about the 1930s or 1940s, accompanied by a newspaper clipping which reads

"Adjectives Describing our Classmates - Pat RYAN - friendly, courteous, a clever impersonator, unselfish.
Helen PERRY - studious, kind, intelligent, always smiling.
Robert GREEK - ubiquitous, ambitious, friendly, super-duper salesman.
Ernest FENNER - daring, a good sport, happy-go-lucky, sce-rewy.
Ralph KINNEY - very quiet, not preposessing, tenacious.
Golda PRATT - lackadaisical, friendly, helpful."

I would like to get these photos to this man or his family. They were in a brown plastic frame, approximately 2" by 3 1/2", and were in a box of items I purchased at an auction, I think in Olean, NY in the mid to late 1980s.

While walking in Mt. Hope Cemetery, I noticed markers for Carlton LATHROP (1831-1913), Lovisa NORRIS, his wife (1836-1924), and Carrie (LATHROP) BENSON (1860-1930). I can't locate their names in an online search of Huntington's and wondered if you can tell me anything about them? Looking for information/descendants of Benjamin F. MATTESON, who is buried at Christ Episcopal Church Cemetery, Sherburne, with his wife Matilda and others of their family. Benjamin was born 1822, died 1895, and I think he was a brother of Tompkins Harrison MATTESON, the artist, who is buried at the same cemetery. I can't find Benjamin in the 1860 census. Ten years later, he's in Sherburne. I have just discovered a letter written by a B. F. MATTESON to my great great grandfather in Nov. 1852. It was written from West Edmeston, NY. I suspect B. F. is Benjamin F. but am not sure. My gg grandfather lived in Smithfield, Madison Co., which was the birthplace of T. H. MATTESON and probably Benjamin F. as well.
